This 2 blocks of 10-storey apartments comprises of 198 compact but comfortable residences in Sungai Merab. The units are all 900ft² in size.

Lounging gracefully on the site’s sloping terrain, the lower ground of the project is transformed into a large green park with walking tracks, a kids playground, and outdoor decks for social activities. An infinity pool sits right on top of the park and in between the apartment blocks.
