This project has 6 blocks of 9-storey apartment buildings which comprises 80 units of compact and comfortable residences in Sungai Buloh. The units range from 930ft² to 1,350ft² in size.

Resting on a slope, all the apartment units face the large green courtyard which contain a small swimming pool, kids playground, multipurpose hall and outdoor deck. The overall design was inspired by the clean and modern look of contemporary Melbourne architecture that the client is very fond of. 

This project has been submitted for building plan approval.
