This 7,000 sqft bungalow is situated in the Monterez Golf & Country Club. The design consisted of four cubes sandwiching a taller central core that housed the main staircase. The main bar and lounge look out to the back of the house, over to the golf course. Double volume spaces are provided to the living room and living area on the first floor.
