GLASS LIFT PROJECT, KUALA LUMPUR
GLASS LIFT PROJECT, KUALA LUMPUR TWKA was involved in the design of this external glass lift for a private client in Kuala Lumpur. Standing at 16m tall, this elegant structure is used for transporting guests from the drop-off at ground level to the timber deck 3 floors above, where the owner holds various events and parties throughout the year. The lift is designed with a large glass canopy, glass operable walls, air-conditioned waiting area and complete with quality stone finishes at the drop-off waiting area. This project was completed in February 2018, in time for Chinese New Year celebration.

CHINESE RESTAURANT, PETALING JAYA This is a refurbishment project of an existing 14,000ft² Chinese restaurant in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It involves upgrading of the existing spaces, as well as introducing modern technology which could cater for different functions and events. Construction completed on September 2018.

LIFE CENTRE, KUALA LUMPUR This is a fit out proposal of staff recreational area with pantry for a multinational company in Kuala Lumpur. Named ‘Life Center’, the design intends to embrace liveliness with a touch of nature. The space caters for reading, gaming, practicing yoga and for staffs to have their meals. Apart from recreational activities, there are also rooms for discussion and training purposes.

ASPIRE REGIONAL OFFICE, KUALA LUMPUR The design took on a contemporary style with some neo-classical elements. A bespoke bar-island at the centre of pantry provides an opportunity for rest and conversation amongst the staffs.

ISOS OFFICE, KUALA LUMPUR Interior renovation works for International SOS regional office in NU Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. The works involved upgrading of the reception lobby, conference room and open office areas. The white curvy wall and ceiling with the neon blue light are designed to give the reception lobby a futuristic look.

JTI BUSINESS SERVICES CENTRE, KUALA LUMPUR This is a design and renovation works for a 11,000 sq ft office space for Japan Tobacco International (JTI). The office consists of an open working zone, a pantry, huddle zones, break-out area and meeting rooms. Construction completed on May 2018.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE, TROIKA, KUALA LUMPUR Design proposal for a luxury condominium unit located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. A mix of Asia and contemporary language are introduced to the space, with features such as silk, marble and wood. The essence of the design compliments the client’s unique collection of artworks and sculptures.
