APARTMENT IN SUNGAI BULOH This project has 6 blocks of 9-storey apartment buildings which comprises 80 units of compact and comfortable residences in Sungai Buloh. The units range from 930ft² to 1,350ft² in size. Resting on a slope, all the apartment units face the large green courtyard which contain a small swimming pool, kids playground, multipurpose hall and outdoor deck. The overall design was inspired by the clean and modern look of contemporary Melbourne architecture that the client is very fond of. This project has been submitted for building plan approval.

APARTMENTS, SUNGAI MERAB This 2 blocks of 10-storey apartments comprises of 198 compact but comfortable residences in Sungai Merab. The units are all 900ft² in size. Lounging gracefully on the site’s sloping terrain, the lower ground of the project is transformed into a large green park with walking tracks, a kids playground, and outdoor decks for social activities. An infinity pool sits right on top of the park and in between the apartment blocks. A lower density option was done for cost comparison.
